1What purity are your peptides?
Every batch is released at 98.0% or better by reversed-phase HPLC, read at the wavelength of the peptide bond. The figure for your batch is printed on its certificate of analysis.
2How do I check a certificate of analysis?
The lot number is on the top of every box. Enter it at the lab’s certificate lookup, tjqxgdlab.com, to open the certificate for that exact batch, or write to us and we will send it.
3How do I read a label?
The band colour is the range, with the line code at its right. The big number is the strength of one vial, the line under it says how many vials are in the box, and the foot gives the purity every batch is released at. The lot number of your batch is on the top of the box itself.
4How fast do you ship?
Lines in stock leave within one to two business days of cleared payment, and the tracking number is emailed the day the parcel goes. Inside the United States, delivery usually takes one to three business days after that.
5What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, one box or forty, and every parcel is tracked.
6What does “Ships in 1 week” mean?
The line is already on its way to us, due by 25 October. Order it now at the same price and it ships the week it lands. If an order mixes it with lines in stock and you would like those sent first, write to us after ordering.
7Is there a minimum order?
No. The smallest order is one box, unless a line says otherwise on its page.
8How do I pay?
At checkout you choose Bitcoin or USDT, and buyers in Canada can also pay by Interac e-Transfer, shown in Canadian dollars. Each option comes with exact instructions, and an order ships once its payment has cleared.
9Why do lines come and go?
The shelf is drawn from our stock as it stands. Everything you can add to the basket is in stock or already on its way to us, so nothing you order waits on a backorder. A line that sells out leaves the shelf and comes back when it is restocked.
10Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use and not for use as a food, drug, cosmetic or household chemical. We do not give dosing or usage advice.
11How should lyophilised peptides be stored?
Unopened vials of lyophilised powder keep best frozen at −20 °C, dry and away from light. Check the label and certificate of each line for anything particular to it.
12What if something arrives damaged or short?
Write to us within five business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents, and we will put it right with you.
13Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside, and every parcel is tracked.
14Can I order something that is not on the shelf?
We sell only what is on the shelf or inbound. If you need a compound or a strength that is not there, write to us and we will tell you when it is expected.
