Tracked, free, and put right

Shipping is free on every order, one box or forty. There is no minimum order, and nothing is added for postage at checkout.

• In stock and low stock: dispatched within one to two business days after payment clears.
• Ships in 1 week: the line is on its way to us, due by 25 October. Order it now and it ships the week it lands. If an order mixes inbound lines with lines in stock and you would like the stock sent first, write to us after ordering.

Orders ship from the United States. Inside the United States, delivery usually takes one to three business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.

The tracking number is emailed to you on the day your parcel leaves, and it appears on the order in your account.

Vials are sealed and come ten to a plastic box unless the line says otherwise, with the lot number on the top of the box, and every order is packed to travel. The outer packaging is plain, with no product names on it.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, write to orders@lotpeptides.com within five business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents, and we will put it right with you.

To change or cancel an order that has not shipped, write to us with the order number as soon as you can.
